Due to nature of our service, which involves immediate access to digital content and AI-powered computational resources, all purchases are subject to refund terms outlined below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will not be charged for next billing cycle
• Your current subscription will remain active until end of current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused credits in current billing period

3. Credits & Usage-Based Services (Very Important)

Our service includes credits that are used to access AI-generated content or features.

3.1 Credit Consumption

Once credits are used, consumed, or allocated to generate content:

• They become non-refundable and non-reversible
• This is due to irreversible computational costs incurred at time of usage

3.2 Unused Credits

All credits are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they have been used or not.

4. One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases (including credit packs) are non-refundable.

5. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You will be clearly informed of:

• The subscription price
• The billing interval
• The automatic renewal nature of subscription

Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first is strongly discouraged.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts associated with excessive disputes
• Provide transaction records, usage logs, and IP information to payment processors and banks to contest chargebacks
