Automatic Refunds

Credit Package Refunds
Purchased credit packages are non-refundable. Once a credit package is purchased and credited to your account, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

Content License and Usage Rights
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all videos and content you generate using our Service. You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your generated content for both personal and commercial purposes.
Commercial Usage
Videos generated through our Service may be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media content, advertising, marketing materials, and any other commercial applications, without additional licensing fees.
Platform Showcase Rights
EAT.ASMR reserves the right to display exceptional works generated through our Service as showcase examples on our website, marketing materials, and promotional channels. We will provide appropriate attribution when featuring user-generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, inactivity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.

Abandoned Cart Email Communications
Purpose of Abandoned Cart Emails
When you begin the checkout process but do not complete your purchase, we may send you reminder emails to help you complete your order. These emails are designed to assist you in resuming your purchase and may include information about your pending items.

To send abandoned cart emails, we process the following information: your email address, items in your cart, and the time you initiated checkout. This data is used solely for the purpose of sending purchase reminder emails.

Cart data used for abandoned cart emails is retained for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from our systems.
